Sound Stories is a two-part concert series and digital release presented by Sydney-based new music collective Konzertprojekt in collaboration with St Stephen’s Uniting Church and the City of Sydney. Showcasing a diverse range of Australian music, Sound Stories presents the stories of rising Sydney musicians, expressed through new and experimental sounds.

The series, curated by Gabrielle Cadenhead and Madison Briggs, presents commissioned and pre-existing works, from solo performances to chamber ensembles and audio-visual works. The audience also submitted their own stories to be improvised upon live!

Located just seconds from Martin Place, St Stephen’s Uniting Church is a stunning venue who have consistently partnered with musicians to provide opportunities for musical performances in their space, and Sound Stories builds on that history.
